Immigration Procedures in Valencia

Everyday procedures: civil partnership, return authorization, fingerprints, digital certificate and more.

  • Legal advice
  • Return authorization
  • Civil partnership (pareja de hecho)
  • Asylum claim withdrawal
  • Fingerprinting appointment
  • Digital certificate
  • Case expediting
  • Nationality case expediting

Not everything is a big residence application. There are one-off procedures that come up along the way and that, done badly, block what matters: a trip you cannot take because the return authorisation is missing, a file stalled for months with nobody moving it, a fingerprint appointment that gets complicated.

They are specific procedures, with short deadlines, and we handle them one at a time without you having to sign up for anything else.

What we check in your case

  • Which specific procedure you need, because sometimes what is asked for is not what is required.
  • Whether it has a deadline and how much room you have left. A return authorisation, for example, is no use requested late.
  • Whether your file has been stalled longer than is reasonable and it is worth pushing it.
  • What documentation has to be gathered and which will expire before a decision is issued.

Which procedures we handle here

Return authorisation to travel while your card is being processed. Registration as a civil partnership. Fingerprints and collection of the TIE. Digital certificate. Withdrawal of an asylum claim.

And two that people do not know exist: getting a stalled file moving and getting a citizenship application moving. If your procedure has gone months without movement, you can demand action.

If what you need is a residence permit, a renewal or full citizenship, that goes by its own route and has its own page.

Timeframes

These are faster procedures than a residence application, but each has its own timing and it depends on the body.

What matters here is usually not how long it takes, but filing on time: several of these procedures lose all their point if requested late.

How we handle your case

  1. You tell us what you need and we tell you at the same consultation whether it applies and what deadline you have.
  2. We review the documentation specific to that procedure, which tends to be little but very particular.
  3. We file it with the relevant body.
  4. We follow up and let you know about the decision.

Frequently asked questions

I have to travel and my card is being processed.
That is a return authorisation, and it is worth requesting with time to spare. Tell us your travel dates and we will tell you if we can make it.
My file has been stalled for months, can anything be done?
Yes. It can be pushed and you can demand a decision. We review it and tell you whether your case justifies it.
Can I hire you for just one procedure?
Of course. You do not have to bring us the whole file: these are handled one at a time.
Will you help me with the digital certificate?
Yes. It is one of the ones that gets people most stuck and it is resolved quickly with help.
Do I have to come to the office?
Most of it is resolved by video call and online documentation. If your procedure requires you to be present, we will tell you.
