2. What data do we process?
We only process the data that you voluntarily provide to us through our forms or contact channels:
- Contact form: name, email address, subject and the message you send us.
- Appointment request: name, email address, phone number, service of interest, chosen date and time of day, and the description of your case.
- Communications: the data you provide if you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
We do not deliberately collect special categories of data. We ask that you do not include sensitive data (health, criminal record, etc.) in the form messages; if your case requires it, we will process such data within the framework of the professional relationship once it has begun.
3. Purpose of the processing
- To attend to and respond to your enquiries and requests for information.
- To manage and confirm advisory appointments.
- To provide the contracted professional immigration and administrative services.
- To comply with the legal obligations applicable to us.
4. Legal basis (legitimacy)
- The data subject's consent, which you give by ticking the acceptance box and submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, when you request an appointment or contract our services (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Compliance with legal obligations applicable to the firm (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
5. Retention period
We will retain your data for as long as our relationship lasts and, once it has ended, for the periods legally required to address any potential liabilities (for example, those established under tax, commercial or professional regulations). The data from enquiries that do not lead to a professional relationship will be kept only for the time necessary to deal with them.
6. Recipients and data processors
Your data will not be disclosed to third parties except where legally required. For the operation of the website and the provision of the service we use providers that act as data processors with the appropriate safeguards:
- Form management: form submissions are processed through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards the content to our Gmail email account (Google).
- Video calls: online consultations are held through Google Meet (Google).
- Web hosting: the site is hosted on Vercel (Vercel Inc.).
Some of these providers may be located outside the European Economic Area; in such cases, international transfers are carried out with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR (for example, standard contractual clauses).
7. Your rights
You may exercise the following rights at any time by writing to conectalegalesp@gmail.com, stating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of a document proving your identity:
- Access: to know what data of yours we process.
- Rectification: to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: to request that we delete your data.
- Objection: to object to certain processing.
- Restriction: to request that we restrict the processing.
- Portability: to receive your data in a structured format.
- To withdraw consent at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out beforehand.
If you consider that we have not properly addressed your rights, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Security measures
We apply the appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of your data and to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access, taking into account the state of the art and the nature of the data processed.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to adapt it to legislative developments or changes in our services. We recommend that you review it periodically. The date of the last update appears at the beginning of this document.
